Flight Permits

  • Overfly and landing permits’ requirements differ from one country to another, We know these differences so we apply with all requirements at once to save your time.
  • Short-notice requests can be arranged most of the times, but may require extra charge due to special arrangements, MEDVAC flights have exception rules.

Ground Handling

  • Aircraft, crew and pax .. each needs different and special care,
  • To name few (Pushback, Lavatory, GPU, ACU, Cleaning, Hangar, Pax Stairs, Catering, Customs .. etc)
  • We handle them all through our wisely chosen contracted agents around the globe.
  • And because we know time is money, we coordinate with all parties before aircraft arrival to ensure smooth operation with minimum ground time without delay.

Catering

  • We coordinate directly with airport caterer and your flight attendant to ensure all fresh items will be secured as requested and on time, we coordinate as well with the best hotels to secure fine catering when required.

Crew Hotel and Transportation

  • We have strict policy to book only the hotels according to crew standard,
  • As well as for crew transportation, we ensure the vehicle is always clean, comfortable, and as per crew standard. Our decent drivers all speak English.

VIP/CIP/Royal/Crew lounge

  • We offer different types of lounges based on availability,
  • All these can be booked in advance and arranged upon your request.

Aircraft and/or personnel Security

  • In some locations, especially in some African airports, we highly recommend to arrange AVSEC along with ground handling and/or transportation whether for the aircraft itself, for your VIP or the crew.
  • Safety for all is our priority.

Crew Visa

  • Crew can clear customs by GD in most countries.
  • However, the validity of GD differs from one country to another, we can arrange crew visa to extend their stay without any problem.
  • Some countries/airports, require crew to have their visa in advance.
  • We can assist your crew with their visa to have it before arrival.
